Our fee is equal to 25% of the first-year base salary of the hired candidate.

3-YEAR CANDIDATE WARRANTY™

Should our candidate leave your payroll for any reason prior to their third anniversary, we’ll conduct a search for their replacement free-of-charge.

WE PAY SEARCH EXPENSES

We are responsible for all expenses incurred by us over the course of your search.
